Court Docket Information Help

The Search Bar
Two options:

(1) Docket # - Enter a docket number to search.  This search feature supports wildcard searches. 
Example: Searching for '1' will return all docket entries that have a '1' in the number; such as 1, 10, 11, etc.

(2) Description - Enter a word or an occurrence of words to search.  This search feature supports wildcard searches.
Example: A search for 'Texas' will return all entries where the 'Description' field contains any occurrence of the word 'Texas' like 'Corpus Christi, Texas'.
The Date Fields
Two options:

(1) Start Date Only - Both 'Month' and 'Year' fields must be populated for the search.  The user is limited by searching by month. 
Example: Searching for entries filed in 07/2008 will return all entries between 07/01/2008 and 08/01/2008 from most recent to oldest.

(2) Start Date and End Date - All 'Month' and 'Year' fields must be populated for the search.  This search returns all entries with dates between the two selections.
Example: A Start Date of 07/2006 and End Date of 12/2006 will return all entries between 07/01/2006 and 01/01/2007.
The View All Button
The 'View All' button refreshes the court docket information page to display all docket information data.  The results begin with the latest entered claim.
Sort by Field Names
The court docket information data can be sorted by clicking on the field names.
Navigate Page Results
This feature is located at the bottom of the court docket information data.  There are 300 entries per page.  If all of the entries are displayed or if the results of a search are greater than 300 entries, then paging will be enabled.  The user must click on the page number options to navigate pages.
